πŸ«±πŸΌβ€πŸ«²πŸ½ honest review. Pros and cons. Working environment.

It’s a lot of work, I averaged over 40 hours a week, any extra I would get as overtime but they would always make sure you had your hours for the week for your visa, they were very nice, quite strict at times, it’s ran by a husband and wife, easy, not the funnest job in the world but you can save a lot very fast, you also get free local and airport shuttles!

⚠️ things that are not so good...

The husband out of the owners can be quite harsh and rude at times when it comes to setting standards. E.g if someone calls the local shuttle whilst you’re at the resort but they are not in the lobby he may call you and question why you weren’t there to call for them and maybe have an issue about it, pedantic more than anything. They need you as much as you need them so it’s fine, just have a thick skin.
