🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 honest review. Pros and cons. Working environment.

This place is basically a non stop place. It's very busy and the rate is very low for the type of work you have to do. The team is amazing and all my colleagues were very friendly. This is a backpacker's workplace. You will surely have fun with your companions. Although the management is not good. They treat the staff like kindergarten people, they control everyone to follow all the stupid rules they have. You can't eat a single french fry. You may have a 10 hour shift, but you'll have to go home 1 or 2 hours at half time, so they avoid paying for your food. I made coffee 7 minutes before my shift and the manager took my coffee and threw it in the sink because her rule is to make it 15 minutes before her shift (not 7!). After that, she canceled my next 4 day shifts because I responded that what he did to me was super disrespectful and aggressive. If you don't like being treated like a child (or like a robot), you probably won't be able to work here.
